I love making this Irish brown soda bread with my class in Australia! My grandmother passed this on to me a few years ago and it has never failed me! Most of them had never had Irish soda bread as it is not widely available in Australia unlike at home in Ireland. I'm going to make it on St. Patrick's Day this year as they loved the tasters I brought them in last week. Their parents are already looking for the recipe!
