Algebra Queen

This activity will allow students to practice graphing in Desmos, as well as solving quadratic equations by graphing. They will graph each problem and then match the solution to the quadratic to reveal the answer to the riddle.

Keep your students engaged this Valentine's Day. This handout can act as a homework assignment or as an in-class activity. There are 10 problems that include both perfect square trinomials and difference of two squares. The problems also include mixed factoring examples in which students will have to first take out a GCF.

This resource is a crossword puzzle that requires students to correctly solve addition and subtraction problems with integers. There are fourteen practice problems and a key included. The problems have a range of formats so students can practice all types of addition and subtraction problems. Check out my other resources!

Students will work with a partner on either column A or column B. When both partners are done, their answers should match. There are 7 problems in each column, including two word problems.
