This anchor chart can be copied for individual students to refer to, and/or made into a poster for students reference. Students used this as we prepped for state reading assessments to help "attack" the comprehension questions.

Here is a simple result ticket to pass out to families before the official papers are sent home. I have also used them for 3rd grade conferences as a reminder of the 2nd grade results.
