Great way to introduce fall leaves and the colors they turn before they fall off of the trees. There is a color key that will show which leaves should be which color. This should take 15-35 minutes.

This is a great worksheet to go along with a nature walk. First take students on a walk somewhere they can all find a leaf of their choice. Have them bring them back to the classroom and instruct them to take good care of the leaf and do nor crack crush or loose it. Have some extra on hand for those who do just that. Then have them look over the leaf and notice size shape color and then pass out the worksheet. Have them measure the leaf and identify it and then trace the leaf. This is an awesome

This is an awesome group activity or individual assignment. This will introduce Volume as a concept to early learners. Ask the students to bring cups and bottles , containers and vases, beware any glass, use everyday things like milk cartons to help the student "get it" and have a relatable visual.
