I believe students learn best when lessons are: ✔ Authentic and meaningful ✔ Discussion-rich ✔ Language-supported ✔ Rigorous but accessible ✔ Designed for real classrooms Many of my resources include sentence stems, discussion prompts, graphic organizers, and scaffolded writing supports to help all students participate in academic conversations.

My own education history

I received my Bachelors of Arts in Early Childhood and Elementary Education with an endorsement in reading from the University of Portland. I continued my Master's study at the University of Portland, where I obtained my M.Ed. with an endorsement in ESOL.
