<strong> Past Experience</strong>
I have had the following roles as a general education teacher, special education teacher, behavior interventionist and behavior specialist at the district level. In these roles I have provided individualized instruction both academically and behaviorally. As a behavior interventionist I I serve as a Behavior Interventionist at a Title 1 school. I provide Tier 1,2 and 3 interventions to students in and out of the classroom. As a behavior interventionist, I provide students with social skills instruction as well as data-based individual behavior plans. On a typical day, you may see me teaching groups, collecting and analyzing data, writing intervention and behavior plans, planning classroom interventions, and supporting and coaching teachers.
<strong>Teacher and staff Support</strong>
In addition to supporting students, I also support teachers daily by providing hands-on coaching, materials, and professional development on effective research-based tools and instructional strategies for behavior intervention.
