This week's freebie - Fun with Tangrams pack. Contains templates to make your tangram puzzle pieces, directions for use, extra brain teasers and a booklet with 12 tangram puzzles and solutions. The idea behind these "Brain Breaks" is that you have a stack of ideas for activities and games for when your class need to give their brains a little break. They'll still be using them of course but just in a more fun way! Some of the best ones are very active and give a noisy class a chance to burn off some energy before settling back down to work. A great active way to practice your weekly spellings. Get your class up and moving, engage your kinesthetic learners and have some fun! Included is a list of chant ideas to be printed as posters for handy reference in your classroom.
