Never stress about the work for absent students again!!! When a student is out, they miss out on more than just work--they miss invaluable skills, discussion, and sometimes extra directions. I made this form to help me as well as my students keep track of the work they missed in class. I simply fill it out and attach it to the work they missed. This is a log I created for students to calculate their own grades. I also use it to help students keep track of their completed assignments and measure their progress. The form has locations for students to attest to putting forth their best effort, turning it on time, indicate if they need extra practice or tutoring, and reflect on their learning.
