I began my career in 2005 as a kindergarten teacher before moving to first grade with a brief stint in second grade. I love teaching primary - the children are so willing and eager to learn and provide unconditional love and admiration!

Teaching style
I regularly use hands-on activities and visuals to bring unfamiliar concepts to life. I have many English language learners so this is vital! My students love centres, iPads, videos, and PowerPoint games. My favourite subjects to teach are science and math.
