Attach one of these quarter-sized slips to any student assignment to give students actionable feedback, a due date, and notice on which criteria you would like them to improve on. Whatever quiz/test/formative assessment I give during the week is recorded on the students' individual Weekly Grades Report and returned to them on Monday for a parent signature. The students return it back to me within 2 days.
