This 1-page document can be used by students in elementary grades to record their behavior points earned, lost, or spent in the classroom store. Fold the document into eights. Then fold in half (hamburger fold). Cut from the hamburger fold line to the next fold line. Unfold. Refold in half (hot dog fold). This is a 1-page note that I have sent home at the beginning of the school year. It's a reflection of my belief that we, as teachers, love our students and want them to succeed in school and in life. It stresses academics, goal setting, and manners. This document has been left in Word format so that you can use it as a starting point for your own note.
