Triangle equation sheet for physical science. It includes the equations for speed, velocity, momentum, force, acceleration, weight, potential energy and kinetic energy. The SI units are included for the variable being solved for. The font I used is from Hello Literacy. It is a free download called Hello Fonts.
This is a digital version of a card sort I typically do with my students for types of bonds. It includes ionic, covalent and metallic bonds. I made the different categories (how they are formed, types of elements, examples, etc.) different colors so the students know that each category gets one of each color. Great for review, interactive, and PERFECT FOR DISTANCE LEARNING!! Link to answer key included. I have found that copying and pasting the links into your web browser works best.
I created this assignment to use as a pair-share to teach about the dangers of mercury and CFLs. I designed the lesson to have a student read one article and answer the questions about it, and then they find someone who read the other article and talk to them about it. I selected these articles because I feel they are very straightforward and easy to read.
An interactive assessment of laboratory safety. Print the pictures on one color and the descriptions on another and then laminate the cards so you can use them for years!! The students must match the safety picture to the safety description or rule that is being disobeyed. Enjoy!!
