25 years of high school science: teaching everything from Physical Science- Honors and Regular, to Advanced Placement Chemistry. I am certified in Florida and Georgia for Physics and Chemistry content specific and College Board recognized for AP Chemistry. I have my Gifted Endorsement in both states.
My Bachelor's is in Chemistry and my Master's is Secondary Education- Curriculum and Education, my PhD is also Curriculum & Instruction.

Stoichiometry In-Class Practice Packet
I use this to provide examples as I teach the unit on Stoichiometry. It covers 1 step mole ratio problems, adding in a step each page until they get to mass-mass conversions. It includes limiting reactants, theoretical yield and percent yield problems. Moles: In-Class Practice Worksheet
I use this packet to provide examples and practice as I teach through the unit. It can also be provided as homework after each day in class. It ranges from avogadro's number conversions, molar mass conversions, molar volume conversions, percent composition, empirical formulas, and molecular formulas. It is, as I like to call it, "baby-stepped" throughout the packet- building on simple concepts and conversions to more complex.

Isotope Name Matching Activity
In this quick activity, students can match the name of the isotope for the atomic structure details. You can have students cut & paste the answers or laminate the slips and use the activity over and over. Easy to differentiate by not providing the answer slips. This would be a great review activity (or warm up) for a regular level Chemistry course or a Physical Science course.

Electron Configurations In-Class Practice Packet
I use this as a practice packet as I am teaching the unit on electron configurations. It begins with orbital diagrams, has regular configurations and abbreviated configurations to match the orbital diagram elements.
2nd page has a section to identify what is wrong with each diagram- which rule was broken- NOTE: you will have to draw the arrows in for how you want to break the rules on those examples.
Space provided for orbital and sublevel specifics.

Teaching style
I like to vary my style per class, per day. I range from lecture to inquiry, with some lots of cooperative group activities and even a few units of flipped ed.
