I try not to be a creator of flashy resources that look good but contain no substance. Simple multiplication chart for the 2 to 9 times tables. This is different than most charts in that it does not have the 1 times table. What I like about this chart is that it gives a concrete representation for each fact. For example, 2 times 2 is naturally represented by an array of exactly 4 boxes.

One of the best tools for memorizing the multiplication facts is with stories. Many students learn best when they are able to take part in this process.
