I love using this lesson to teach my students about block letters and to introduce modern and diverse artists to my students. I use a couple of techniques to teach them to write block letters/their own names in Graffiti letters. I show a video and pause it after every step, I have a step-by-step poster that is displayed next to the video, and I follow along with the steps on my whiteboard.
Students will have a note-taking activity to do while you go over the slideshow and the PPT has very detailed information on what to say during your lecture. There's a separate page that lists the important topics for each slide.
