About the store
I've been teaching for nearly 20 years. My undergraduate degree is in Health and Physical Education. However, my first teaching job was teaching self-contained special education at the middle school level. Since then I've taught health and PE, self-contained special education at the high school level, middle school math (7th and 8th grades), and co-taught ELA and math as the special education teacher as well as the general instruction teacher. My certifications are many, but I think I've found my niche in math.

Triangle & Angle Station Activity
This seven station activity allows students to apply their knowledge of the Triangle Sum Theorem, Exterior Angle Theorem, and Angles formed by Parallel Lines cut by a Transversal. Each station applies at least 2 rules and/or theorems. When I do this with my class, I print the stations on different colored paper and hang them around the room. Angle Scavenger Hunt
Students and teachers LOVE scavenger hunts! It's a low prep resource for teachers; students are up and moving while reviewing their knowledge of angle pairs formed by parallel lines cut by a transversal, triangle sum theorem, and exterior angle theorem. Pythagorean Theorem Task Cards
Allow your students a little freedom from the boring worksheet. Students have 12 task cards (questions) to answer on an answer sheet. Students have freedom of choice in which order they answer. The tangible task card adds for variety. You can even print the answers on the back of the task cards if using them at a station, so students can self check. Composite Figure on the Coordinate Plane
This is a great resource for Pythagorean Theorem or distance formula. The airplane is relatively basic. The flower, however, is a little more challenging because its leaves are right triangles; so, unless students recognize that the slopes are opposite reciprocals (which create perpendicular lines), they may struggle to find the area.
