This is a fun and engaging game of tic tac toe for your students to enjoy while practicing those important power, snap, or sight words. I have used this game as morning word to get my students engaged and warmed up in the morning. I've also used this as a center but I laminated the sheets and had the students use dry erase markers. Print the snow globe either with or without the recommended placement for the snowflakes. Laminate and add velcro or tack it to the pieces. Every time the whole class is on task, following a classroom rule or anything else you believe has earned a token add an apple to the tree. Once they have earned the number of snowflakes decided or filled the snow globe the class earns a reward.

Ice cream is fun and easy for students to match upper and lower case letters. Just print laminate and add velcro dots keep it in a photo keeper bin for easy keeping and practice in the classroom.

Students earn tokens on the themed boards. Some months have fewer token spots than others due to months having fewer school days. Once the class fills the token spots the class earns a reward. I generally have my class vote on a reward they want. If you find it works best to give out lots of tokens then once they earn a reward clear the board and start again. Great for encouraging whole class behavior and community.
