This packet follows a format that works for me, and has all of the necessary information needed to select a solid officer team. It has enough to show an officer's commitment without burdening them with a bunch of busy work to complete to application. Edit everything in parenthesis with your information, replace my logo with your school's, and you are ready to rock and roll.
Grading sheet for class binders. I love this form it is easy for me to go in and grade binders quickly, or have students self grade. I cut them in half and hole punch them, so students can keep them in the front of their binders.
This is the packet I send home out to all of my students for the upcoming school year. I usually send it out about a month before the end of the year. The letter has a list of all of our summer events and clinics as well all the requirements and benefits of participating. The enrollment form helps me gather information about student projects and interests in agriculture.
This is my leniency policy. Everyone has bad days, I know I get my fair share as a teacher! Oops cards are to use for assignments, quizzes, and tests that fall on those bad days. They can be redeemed for up to 10 extra credit points. I don't allow them to be used on missing assignments. At the end of the year I let students turn in unused cards for a coupon at our school's greenhouse sale. Edit with your name and class info. You can change to fit your own policies and rewards.
This is the form I use when conducting summer ag project visits. It is great for when the district or state request documentation of what we do with summer ag. It also helps make some visits less awkward when I have specific things to discuss. It comes in handy when I have students who go out of town, but still want summer credit, I just have them fill out the form. Then we have an email or zoom discussion about it. I keep the physical copies on file and scan and upload them to AET with my hours
Enrollment form for Summer Ag Programs. I primarily use this as a way of gathering information about my summer student's projects. It's quick, simple, and covers everything I need to get started.
I like to use this Parent Homework assignment for my incoming students to help me get a feel for my new students. Especially for things that I should know, but the students may not feel comfortable sharing with me. This is not required, I simply offer it as a way for parents to interact with me prior to PTC. **I do not take credit for the assignment, only the design and layout of the form.
Student enrollment form for FFA membership. Edit everything in parentheses with your information, and replace the Creating Aggies logo with your schools.
