I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a bachelors in elementary education with a minor in science. I've since gone on to earn two masters from Western Governors' University in curriculum and instruction and k-6 mathematics education. I am a 6th grade self contained teacher and have experience teaching 5-8 grade students. I was previously a middle school science teacher before my current position.

This powerpoint is a great tool to use as introduction to an Earth Science book. I used it to go along with my 6th grade earth science book (chapter 1). It ranges from topography, elevation, relief, landforms, different types of landforms (mountain, plateaus, and plains), earth's spheres, and earth's structure. Free to edit and make it work for your class!
