The black dots are big enough for students to place small objects on. I mostly use the flat round rocks used in flower vases. This is also added to the math center with the flat round rocks so students can put the rocks on the dots and count them. For best results print on card stock Then laminate on small laminator.

Can you show me that number on your fingers? Can you count to that number with me? or other simple things. I also do this during the afternoon dismissal time that can take up to 15 minutes. I use them more as a transition

This is almost everything you need to make small groups rotation. Small groups are short mini like lessons that all students visit daily. I have 4 small groups including blue square, green triangle, red rectangle, and yellow rhombus.
