Students can practice writing numbers and learn the American Sign Language sign for each number. Includes numbers 0-9. Each number shows the correct writing formation with numbers and arrows.

Each handwriting page includes uppercase and lowercase letter writing practice plus the American Sign Language sign. Each letter models proper formation with numbers and arrows, followed by dotted letters for tracing, and then a lined blank row for independent letter writing. This activity can be used with your classroom set of Montessori Square Chains. Save paper, and encourage students to do this activity multiple times by laminating the Square Chains Printable and writing on it with dry erase markers. -or- Students can cut out this printable and use it in an interactive math journal. Students learn about four different apple varieties: Red Delicious, McIntosh, Golden Delicious, and Granny Smith. They describe and sample each apple, then color it. This activity may be done solo or along with the book How Do Apples Grow? by Betsy Maestro.
