I put together a calendar that could be used in a students data notebook. This can be used to track behavior for each student. Our school uses a flip card system. But the calendar can be EDITED based on what you use at your school. Each day my students shade what color their behavior card was turned to at the end of the day. Each month even has a spot for the student to write a monthly behavior goal. We also set goals for the upcoming week as well. Great resource!
Most teachers have their students complete a morning journal and need topics for their students to write about. In this document there are 60 different journal topics for your students to write about.
In our school teachers need to send a weekly report card home letting parents know how their student is doing. This lets parents know about behavior, missing work, and upcoming events that are happening at the school. Parents need to sign the bottom and return on Monday. This is editable to fit your needs!

All teachers need to deal with the students always in and out when using the bathroom. This sheet allows students to visit the bathroom only once in the morning and once in the afternoon. It has made my classroom a much more peaceful place.
If you ever have a class that is out of control at lunch like my class this year you might need to put together a grade level seating chart for lunch. No worries, I already made one for you!
