I have been teaching first grade for 9 years.

Teaching style

My classroom is very learning focused. I love to try out new ideas and create games, but everything I do has a learning goal. I'm an out of the box thinker. I am always looking for ways to scaffold student learning. I love children's literature, songs, and problem solving.
