Recess Report
This report can be used for recess monitors to record incidents or arguments that occur when you are not present. I have found that most problems happen at recess when I am not supervising rather than in the classroom. This report gives teachers written documentation for what happened so that parents can be informed if needed. Feel free to edit as you wish.

Experience

Teaching style
I greatly enjoy hands-on teaching. The more students can be involved in using their bodies and minds the better. I believe that students need educational experiences that will draw on their prior knowledge and motivate them to learn more.
