This is a high frequency assessment that can be used informally as an activity or in test format. It is aligned with Scott Foresman Reading Series First Grade story "Frog and Toad Together" using the high frequency words: read, soon, few, how, afraid, again. Students are given a word bank and sentences and must write the word in the blank that best completes the sentence.
