For this resource students reflect on the Levels of Engagement continuum. There are many ways this can be used. The way that this was used with 5th and 6th graders was by having students highlight the level they feel like they are at most of the time (in general). Then students wrote examples of actions they displayed throughout the quarter in the different areas of engagement. These were then discussed at parent teacher conferences. This resource prints two per page.
Students use this tracker for progress on the website 99math. The teacher signs after so many levels for students to receive a prize. This is to encourage extra practice!
