This simple art project allows students to be creative while still covering the basics of perimeter and area. It is great for both elementary/middle years and high school.

This project is intended for grade 9 mathematics but can be used for any grade learning about composite shapes. This hands-on project allows students to really explore the concepts of 3D geometry, overlap, composite shapes and surface area.
