About the store

I have been teaching for 13 years. I have a Masters in Education and a Masters in Leadership: Math Specialist. Math is definitely a passion mine. I created this store 9 years ago and took a hiatus, as life unfolded. If you are looking for a fun math game to incorporate into your lesson or a task please don't hesitate to ask - I'd be more than happy to create a game upon request if possible! This is a .zip file. There are 31 different backgrounds and 2 versions of the follow: 5 frame 10 frame double 10 frame That means there are 62 options for each frame. This are blank ten frames to be printed, laminated, and used as student boards. These can be used in number talks, whole group lessons, small group lessons, partner work, and games. You could even consider sending one home to use!

Here are two versions of a mini number talk between two students. One student fills in as much of the ten frame (or double ten frame) as they decide and their partner has to tell them what number is displayed and how they know this. This helps aid in their ability to communicate HOW they know something and to push them further by communicating two ways they can prove their answer. Directions are included.
