Download this goal tracker for individual student fluency! It allows a student to track their fluency progress throughout a school year by marking how many Correct Words Per Minute (CWPM) they've read as well as what level of comprehension they've reached. Not all grade levels are expected to reach the same levels of fluency and comprehension so there are fluency trackers for Grades 1 through 8. Students that go beyond their grade level tracker may be ready for reading passages at the next grade

This standards-based report organizes all skills found in the Common Core State Standards for Grades K-5. Each skill has space to write the learning targets and grade level standard for that skill. This tracker lets a teacher track progress of grade level sight words (CCSS RF.K.3) for individual students from PreK to 3rd Grade. Use SMART Goals to help students track individual short-term student goal-setting. Set class-wide long-term goals (e.g. fluency, multiplication facts, AR scores, etc) and have all students track their individual progress. Many teachers refer to Bloom's Taxonomy *or* Webb's Depth of Knowledge as a basis for differentiating instruction.
