Officially, I have just finished my second full year of teaching, but truthfully, I have been teaching since I was five years old! I have always surrounded myself with education and found myself in classrooms. I spent the last two years teaching a 3rd and 4th grade Montessori class. Before that, I taught half a year of kindergarten, half a year of second grade, and 2 years of PreK while in college. This year, I am excited to return to the Kindergarten Classroom! Collective Nouns Matching
This Collective Noun Lesson allows students to match animal pictures with the Collective Noun associated with them. It also provides the definition of collective nouns, and answer card, and directions (command card) for students to follow. This lesson was originally created for a Montessori classroom, but can be used in small group or individually for a traditional classroom as well.
