Using generic colored tiles, have students create ratios in its 3 forms as well as convert the fractions into decimals and percentages. The FULL version includes 2 additional activities including fractions, decimals, and percentages as well as teacher notes. This assignment is used to help students identify which formula to use, what numbers you are plugging in, and solving for the answer.
