I had a particularly difficult class one of my years of teaching and out of necessity, created this little document. Some students were consuming all of my guided reading time with their undesirable behaviors. This was greatly detracting not only from the other students, but from the target student themselves seeing as the time was wasted on just getting them to stay on task.
