This worksheet contains 6 problems adding and subtracting mixed numbers with unlike denominators. Each problem shows 1-2 steps used to solve the problem and each problem contains an error. These errors were ones that I've seen 5th graders make in adding/subtracting mixed numbers. Students must identify and name the error and then solve the problem correctly.
