The purpose of this project is for my ninth grade students to start thinking about what it will cost them to attend college for four years when they graduate from high school. The project will hopefully show them how important their grades are in high school and how good grades can help them to get scholarships to attend the school.

This is a resource for any math classroom from elementary through high school. I teach 9th and 10th graders algebra I and geometry but my daughter in now in 6th grade and as I see her do work, I can see where this would be helpful for her teachers as well. I’m sure this could probably be adapted to other subjects as well.
