Per request I created my alphabet with lower case letters. I created this to use in my IB themed classroom. Each letter of the alphabet stands for something IB, international or educationally focused. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Students keep track of a time when they are being "IB" There are 10 different small pages where students get to draw a picture and write a quick description of when they have been caring, inquiring, reflective, risk taking, etc. Print this book back to back and then cut and staple it together.

This is the ABC that I created to hang up in my classroom. I have been looking for one that represents the PYP and decided I might as well just create my own. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Students can practice the long vowel, silent "E" rule, by sorting words into the correct categories. Trash or treasure is a fun way for students to sort and practice spelling.

How the World works classroom newsletter on Balance and Motion. Gives all Unit of Inquiry basic information, activities, vocabulary, summative assessment plans, etc. Great to post in the classroom or send to parents.

Fun center or class activity for students to practice ed and ing words through sort. Similar to Words their Way.

Students can follow Edward as he goes through his changes. Each page asks the student to mark down the changes in Edward physically as well as emotionally. They also get to draw a picture to go with it. The last page lets them create their own Edward if he were living with them.

This is an activity that has children sort ch in beginning and end of words.

IB unit of inquiry newsletter to communicate to parents what students are learning in class. It is a great overview for each unit. This unit is a 2nd grade IB under the transdisciplinary theme: Where we are in place and time and focuses on Ancestors and Culture.

This adorable card melts all mama's hearts. Students answer questions about their mother making this card personal and special. Plus having their adorable faces on the front will make it a keepsake forever.

I created this form to give to the parents at back to school night. I use this form all throughout the year. It gives me information about each parent, the student and expectations they may have. It also gives them something to do besides just look at me with a blank stare. Hehe. Hope you enjoy!
