Integer quiz for use after learning integers. Students will demonstrate their understanding of the basic rules for adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing integers. They will fill in the blank and compute multiple problems. At the end, students will have three real-world problem solving questions that have to do with integers.

Math project for students to display 8 different topics they have learned on an octahedron plate display. Students will choose 8 math topics (could be all from one unit or from the entire year) and brainstorm a list of vocabulary for each concept. After brainstorming, students will come up with example problems for each topic. Students will be able to add integers with different signs by using a number line and positive/negative counters (signs). This worksheet can be used as a supplement to teaching integers, small group activity or individually. Students will also use real-world problem solving involving positive and negative integers. At the end, students will use a number line as a guide to help order integers from least to greatest.

Students will have fun while creating these Geome-TREES! You can use this as a preview to a Geometry unit or as an end of the unit project. Either have students work individually with one topic or with a group for all topics! Students will have a tree outline for each main topic in Geometry.
