About the store
This year, I have taken on a new role in my building as our magnet coordinator. In this position, I have gotten the chance to work with many different grade levels as an interventionist. I do guided reading groups with second and third grade, and I co-teach writing and social studies in fifth grade. In the past, I have taught fourth and fifth grade. I love my intermediates, but it has been fun to get to work with the younger kids too!

Weekend Reflection FREE

Every Monday, both of my classes start out with a weekend reflection. I stole this idea from my mentor teacher in student teaching. It allows my students to tell me about their weekends first thing in the morning, and it allows me to see what kind of weekend they had so I can be better prepared to manage them that day. A lot can happen over the weekend, good and bad, and this allows my students to share that information with me in a safe place. This is especially helpful for my students who are

Word Sort Recording Sheet FREE

This Word Sort Recording Sheet can be used with any word sort based on the information found in the book Word Journeys by Kathy Ganske. I create this to use as an accountability pie
