Armed with a Masters in Reading Education, I started my professional career in an inner-city school. I taught various grades at this school for two years, eventually settling into fourth grade room. I'm lighthearted and fun; I love lessons in which students can laugh and play while learning. I believe in using multiple learning styles to teach every major concept. In the middle grades, I believe collaboration is key to student engagement and lesson success.
