Our students’ communication needs and abilities vary so much! Fortunately, there a lot of apps out there for alternative and augmented communication (AAC). Unfortunately, it can be VERY hard to decide which one to use! I have created this resource to help you compare the merits of apps that you try. I use this worksheet to think about what would be the best type of activities to include in my daily schedule for each student. For example, this year, 6 of my 10 students have visual impairment so I can build in some special time for those students to work on their vision skills. When I go through this worksheet for each student, it gives me a clearer idea of what I should focus on.
