In this activity, students look at a picture to determine the middle sound of a word. Then, students change just that middle letter to another letter to make a new word, also pictured. There are two levels: one which has three blanks spaces for the student to write the entire word, and one with only a blank space for the middle letter for students to write, stamp or sticker the missing letter. Four pairs of words are on this worksheet.
Have fun with it and please leave feedback! Thank you!
