Letter Reversals Bundle + poster

Often students know most letter directions by first grade. However, it’s too uncommon for confusables to keep coming up! Each resource includes a poster and a helpful trick: a letter or image hidden inside of the confusables, or a mini characterization of the letter with alliteration. In purchasing this bundle you get a BONUS lowercase letter reversal poster, not available for download anywhere else! I have successfully used this with students with dyslexia and dysgraphia. Place Value Mat 2.0

Place value is often confusing for students struggling in mathematics. A helpful resource is to remind students that a hundreds number must have 3 digits. Likewise, any tens number (which includes 20’s, 30’s, etc) must have 2 digits. A ones number is a single digit (which means 9 or less). Two resources are included: a poster (.001-.1, 1-100, 1000-100000) and activity mats. Unsure? Math Counting Encouragement Poster

This mini poster is an encouragement to those who are developing their mastery of counting skills. When learning to add or subtract some students loose track of the number sequence. However, when they are off by only one digit (or a few if working with double digits) that means their skills are developing. You’re so close is so much better than wrong to developing minds! (This resource would not be appropriate for more advanced math concepts.)

Additional biographical information

I have been teaching since 2015. Many of those years I have (and still am) taught K-5 intervention, covering basic math skills, phonics, comprehension, writing, spelling, and the science of reading. I am a firm believer of hand-on and creative teaching. And phonics… it has to be phonics!
