I give this letter to parents during open house as an introduction to myself and the expectations of our class. It is written for a 5th grade class but it can be edited.

This cloud chart is great for journals or a quick assessment. The students will be asked to draw a picture of the cloud and write a short description of the cloud. I have also included a lower level chart where the name of the cloud and description are present. The student just has to draw a picture. Types of clouds are cumulus, cirrus, cumulonimbus, and stratus.

When the class earns a compliment or follows direction well have them click the random number selector. Whatever number it shows is the number they cover up. When they earn bingo they earn a classroom reward of your choice.
