Save yourself hours of time creating warm-ups for your students. This file includes a total of 234 days worth of warm ups (120 days for 7th grade math and 114 days for math 7 honors/math 8/prealgebra). Each warm-up sheet includes 6 days. Each day has about 4-6 questions, and should take students roughly 5-10 minutes to complete. I use this time to check off their homework. I created this packet on tree diagrams for my probability unit so that students could work with one another to learn how to create a tree diagram on their own without my direct instruction. This gave me the freedom to help students that needed more individualized instruction and guidance. This packet was great to use before introducing the fundamental counting principle.

Help students understand how the distributive property works with an application they already know a lot about - food! This worksheet is used as an introduction and engagement to distributive property. Included in the file are pictures to print and laminate as a demonstration to the class, as well as notes and practice for the students to follow along.

I created this activity, because I was just as bored as my students copying down definitions. The students receive a note sheet that has all the important angle relationships and a transversal example. The cards are placed around the room. Students move around the room in any order, copying down the definitions and identifying the relationships on the figure. This activity can be used as an assessment or as a station activity. There are 5 questions per unit (integers, properties and real numbers, rational numbers, expressions, equations and inequalities.) There is also a section for basic skill practice. I created this as a method to see which units each student was struggling with so that I could set up review and remediation depending on each students needs.

This is the template that I used to create my QR scavenger hunt for Functions. All the locations for the scavenger hunt are generic to any school (but can easily be changed on a QR generator website if needed).
