Students can hold onto their own sign in sheets in a folder or you can put them into one binder and let them line up to "punch" in and out.

What happened this morning/this afternoon?
I use this paper for students with behaviors, so they can reflect on what they did during the day. They do this by completing the sentences: 1) This is what I did.... 2) This is how I felt.... 3) These are the things I can do better next time....
My students do one for the morning and then another in the afternoon.
