This is a set of over 200 high frequency word cards, in the order that I teach them. There are 14 per page. Students use them to practice at home. I give each student a small zipper sandwich bag to store their word cards. I have included the cute label that I affix to the baggy with wide packaging tape. I have taught my first graders the first 200 High Frequency - Dolch words in this order for over 6 years and have found it to be quite successful. The grouping of words is sequenced by difficulty level and aligned to the WTW spelling and phonics program sequencing. Long and short vowel words are taught together to promote flexibility with long and short vowels. This pacing introduces the words grouped by phonics/spelling patterns, making it easier for children to master and surpass the benchmark
