In this small group activity the goal is for students to use a hundred chart to skip count from the given starting and ending point by 2, 5 and 10. Student can also this activity corporately with a group or independently.

Kindergarten students use a hundred chart to solve addition and subtraction problems mentally. This file includes: adding and subtracting ones; adding and subtracting twos; adding and subtracting fives; and adding and subtracting tens.

The graphs are designed to present data in a concise and visual way that makes it possible to see relationships in the data. Building Graphs is designed for kindergarten, but can also help 1st and 2nd graders. It has an extension for 1st and 2nd graders. First and second can use the data graphs to explore fractions with its probing questions.
