The 60 Second Sweep is a way to show mastery of the multiplication facts between 2 and 9. It is so important that students have strong multiplication skills, that students in all math classes must complete the 60 Second Sweep as part of their multiplication qualifications (for which students receive a grade). We go over this the first day and recite it daily in class for the first week.
This file contains a surface area pop quiz. Students are to draw a net of prism shown. Then, they are to find its surface area.
The file also has a rubric and a parent signature section. It is quick and direct. This is a five minute pop quiz.

Notebook Cover and Progress Card are inserted in each student's clear overlay front and back (Progress Card).
Progress Cards are a tool used to keep parents in the loop as students complete a Chapter/Topic and Assessment. In addition, it provides the teacher a tool to consistently grade student's notebook as they finish a chapter/topic. Each sheet accommodates six chapters/topics.
