Introduce the reading log on Back to School Night. The reading log is designed to get parents involved their children's reading/learning. The reading log gives step by step instruction to reassure consistency and practice. The reading log is in both English and Spanish.

The American West unit project is a culmination project. The big idea/unit theme can be adjusted to meet the needs of your curriculum. The instructions/directions are in both English and Spanish.
