Communication barriers between school and home can impact a student's progress. I have used a empty notebook to go back and forth between school and home, but I find that I was spending too much time trying to write in details. With this communication log, you will be able to quickly fill in what is necessary. Also, there is a portion for parents to reply with information about the night before and the morning routine. I find when I get information from parents about a student's night and m

Special Education meetings can be intimidating, especially for the student! Beginning in middle school, students can be a part of their IEP meetings. Make that transition a little easier and less overwhelming with this predictable visual schedule. Each part of the meeting is laid out and explained to your student. There is room for he or she to take notes if they choose. And the best part is they can check off each section once it's completed! This resource is also perfect for parents!

Editable!!! Fill in your entire case load's related service schedule. I keep a copy with me so I can refer to it daily. I also cut out each student's individual schedule to tape to their desk (younger students) or in their planner (older students that move classrooms). The students really like having their schedule on their desks and it saves the daily question of, "Do I have OT today?" I also keep a copy in my emergency bag in case of a fire drill or actual emergency. That way I can ass
