About the store
I have been in education for close to 18 years, with experience teaching middle school math in grades 6–8 and Algebra 1 in both in-person and virtual settings. I have also created CCSS-aligned math curriculum for grades 3–12. Over the years, I have worked with students in a variety of learning environments and have seen how important it is to have resources that are clear, engaging, flexible, and ready to use. During my time in the classroom, our math department went through major curriculum changes as we developed new CCSS-aligned materials for multiple grade levels. We did not rely on a traditional textbook, so I learned quickly how valuable it was to find, adapt, and create resources that truly supported students. That experience helped shape Learning Made Radical. What started as creating materials for my own students has grown into a collection of math resources designed to save teachers time and help students build confidence. My resources include interactive notes, bookmark notes, partner activities, mazes, riddle activities, color-by-number activities, hole punch games, and other print-ready materials for practice, review, stations, homework, and more.

During my time in the classroom, our math department went through major curriculum changes as we developed new CCSS-aligned materials for multiple grade levels. Teaching style

My teaching style is interactive, student-centered, and built around active learning. I enjoy using stations, task cards, partner activities, group work, and movement-based practice to keep students engaged while they strengthen their understanding. I also value purposeful technology integration and enjoy adding digital tools when they support learning, increase participation, or help students make meaningful connections.

Awards & shining teacher moments

One of the most rewarding parts of teaching is watching students finally understand a concept they have struggled with. Seeing their confidence grow and the smile that comes with that feeling of accomplishment makes the challenging moments worth it.

My own education history

* Earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Indiana University Bloomington in 2007. * Added a Middle School Math Endorsement through Indiana University South Bend in 2009. * Earned a Master of Arts in Mathematics Education, Grades 5–9, from Western Governors University in 2018.

Additional biographical information

I create engaging, collaborative, and print-ready middle school math resources aligned to the CCSS. My goal is to help teachers save time while giving students meaningful activities that support practice, review, and confidence in math.
